Have you looked in our Definitely Decorative brochure lately? Page 29 has some beautiful stencils that are super easy to use. This card uses Vintage Ornaments 1 stencils. Here is what comes in this set
Simply place the stencil on your cardstock, grab a sponge dauber (102892) or Stamping sponge (101610) and pounce or rub on color. Lay the next stencil over the first and add the flourish. Inside I carried through the flourish as well as on the envelope.
