You just got to love background stamps, they make a simple card a WOW card. This stamp is Woodgrain, one of the new background stamps in this year's Idea Book and Catalogue, I stamped it using Close to Cocoa ink onto Kraft cardstock. The sentiment is from Smarty Pants, a set that didn't make the catalogue but can still be found on the dormant list. I love the sentiments,
And they don't have to go inside your card, they are perfect for the outside too! The flowers are from Flower Fusion and I used Pumpkin Pie brads and then attached to the card using mini glue dots. A strip of Pumpkin Pie cardstock, Scalloped edge punch, gel pen dots, you are done.
