Say what is she talking about? Ok, maybe I am not modifying the die but modifying the end result of a die cut item, but I couldn't think of a catchy title with that!
I stamped the Oh Baby single stamp on a piece of Very Vanilla 3 1/2 square and I really wanted a scallop square to put it on but we don't have a square that size, either too small or way to big.Well, just modify the too big one and make it perfect- it really isn't hard.
First cut out your scallop square and then decide how big you want it, in my case, I needed 7 scallops. Lay the die cut square on the die, lining up the scallops (this also stops it from moving) on the top and bottom and putting the piece at the seventh scallop and run through the Big Shot.
The result will have perfect scallops and corners all the way around. Works for square or rectangles.
See every corner perfect. What about that fun dotted DSP- have you seen it before? It is in the Print Poetry DSP stack in the Occasions Mini- 4 each of 12 double sided designs $ 8.50 a great deal and the patterns and colours are a wide variety, something to please everyone.
And yes, the single stamps like Oh, Baby are still available and what a better way to start the week than a special. How about extra Hostess dollars when you host a party or extra products in your kit when you join our Stampin' Up family!
Happy Stamping,
