More Marshmallows Please

Sometimes, just one of these cute marshmallow snowman isn't enough.

I punched him out using our 1 1/4" square punch and then rounded the corners with our Corner Rounder punch and then layered onto a Bashful Blue square punched with our 1 3/8" square punch. To make the white background have some pop, I embossed it using Snow Burst embossing folder.  Simple, quick card, just what you need when you have several to make.

Happy Marshmallow Man!

and even though you can't see his mouth, you just know he is smiling. I don't know about you , but this card just feels warm!  Maybe it is the plaid DSP from Frostwood Lodge pack, reminding me of a cosy flannel shirt or the marshmallow snowman.  Cherry Cobbler and Marina Mist sure make a lovely combination and then the Delicate Dots embossing folder livens up the top of the card.

It's Coming

Winter that is!  The nights and mornings sure are getting cold and lucky for us we haven't been getting rain. The weather prediction for this winter is colder than normal so hopefully that doesn't mean that bad four letter word  S   N   O   W.  Now while snow is not my friend, this stamp set sure is cute

Merry Winter is the set with Snowmen that look like they are made out of marshmallows.  I inked up my stamp using my Riding Hood Red, Lucky Limeade and Basic Black markers remembering to start with the Lucky Limeade first and ending with the Basic Black.  The sled is stamped in Early Expresso and then it is layered onto a piece of Lucky Limeade cardstock and a Riding Hood Red scallop square cut with the Peekaboo Die.  A strip of DSP from the Letters to Santa pack anchors the image.  Inside

 Are more stamps from the set, the Lucky Limeade snowflaky images and the sentiment Merry Winter!
