The sentiment is from the set, Happiest Birthday Wishes and stamped in Pretty in Pink onto Whisper White and punched out using the 1 3/4" circle punch. The next layer is Perfect Plum and is cut using my Circle Scissor Plus to cut a 2" circle and then I used the 2 3/8 Scallop Circle punch to punch a Pretty in Pink scallop to be the base. The ribbon is Perfect Plum Taffetta to add a little pizzazz.
