I will admit, I was more than sad when last year's retirement list included A Good Egg, I mean what was I going to use for my Easter cards-really it was obvious that SU just didn't understand. Just because it had been around since the spring of 2008, other sets are older than that (no don't take my Lovely as a Tree because I said that). Ok, I will wait and see what comes out in the mini, well, definitely not my style. So I decide I will order the Everybunny set from the Idea Book & Catalogue- I mean I have to make Easter cards. So it arrives and I really look at it.
I mean how could I have not noticed this when the book first came out-and yes I forgive them for retiring A Good Egg-this set is so much better. So here is my first card with the set
I even think this chick is cuter than the Good Egg chick! This card is all about texture- textured DSP from the Sweet Shop DSP pack and then I used the Lattice Impressions die for the texture for the pink image panel. The chick and the sentiment are stamped onto Watercolour paper and matted with Wisteria Wonder.
