I have to thank fellow SUDSOLer, Cherie Hunt for this idea. She gave me one at the last convention as a swap and I am finally getting around to making one two.
I wanted something to go with the books I am giving my nieces for Easter as they are just starting reading books by themselves so I thought a bookmark would be nice.
Again, images from Everybunny, you did get this set didn't you? Well, they don't look like bookmarks do they? But check out Cherie's idea
The images are attached to a piece of our Medium Window sheet that has been scored and folded then magnets attached to the inside
insert the page of the book between the magnets and voila, you have marked your page. And no amount of throwing the book around by your sister will loosen the bookmark- how ingenious is that?
That this stamp set is one of the best? Here is the set again

Now I haven't used the chick or the mushrooms yet, so let's show you the chick in action. Remember these little treat pouches I made for Valentine's Day and I said, they are perfect for an occasion. Here it is all dressed up for Easter
Marina MIst and more of the Sunshine & Sprinkles DSP and the chick is stamped with Black Stazon onto our watercolour paper and coloured in with my blender pen and ink pads. I find for small stamps, our blender pens work great to get into those little areas where a Aquapainter, is a tad too big. He is punched out using our 1 3/4" circle punch and layered onto a Daffodil Delight Scallop circle punched with our 2 3/8" circle punch.
Well hopefully I have given you a few good ideas for this set.
And check out Stampin' Up's lastest offering, Clear PhotoPolymer stamp. This is just a trial, can't guarantee they will be around for ever,
And just what do they have to say about them:
We've searched long and hard for just the right material to be able to introduce completely clear stamping. And we've found it. We're excited to announce that we now have wood-mount, clear-mount AND photopolymer stamps! The new photopolymer will be an addition to our stamp line and will appeal to all types of stampers. Our top-quality photopolymer has just enough give to create a perfectly stamped image every time and with the introduction of our firm-foam pads, let's just say they're meant for each other! Photopolymer stamps will also be unique, fun designs that will inspire you and provide more versatile options you may not see in our traditional wood- and clear-mount stamp options.
What makes them so great?
They're entirely transparent for perfect placement every time!
They are durable. The photopolymer material is designed to last.
Can you say sticky? (Don't worry; in a good way.) These stamps stick amazingly well to our clear blocks.
They're age tested. They won't yellow or cloud up over time.
They use FDA, food-safe material. How far can you stretch your stamping creativity?
We could go on, but we'll let you try them for yourself.
They are clearly a great choice.

Includes 57 pieces. (Don't faint! This is a good overwhelming feeling.)
Spring is coming! Spring is coming! I find February goes so fast which is a good thing but it means only 21 more days of Sale-a-bration so if you haven't put your order in yet, what are you waiting for?
Today I have the easiest treat holder for you. Start with a piece of cardstock, 4 x 12, score at 1, 6 & 7. How easy is that?
And this is what you get, simply decorate and pop some candy in a cello bag, attach to the inside ( I like to use a staple) and then punch some holes for ribbon to hold it closed. Notice that pretty ribbon, it's the new 3/8" Striped Organdy Ribbon in the Occasions Mini. It is on page 30, in case you haven't noticed it, I never did but saw it used on a project somewhere and found out about it. It comes in Marina Mist, Melon Mambo and Old Olive.
Side view, look the Mini Eggs match the holder, what are the chances of that!
Well, with all those cards, we need some treat holders. Our Fancy Favour Big Shot die is a perfect choice for a treat holder, perfect results everytime with no cutting or scoring to worry about. This die cuts and scores all in one run through the Big Shot.
I used our Wisteria Wonder for the box and accented it with Pink Pirouette, making it a perfect match for yesterday's card
The flowers from the Everybunny set line up so easily with the help of our Stamp a ma Jig and are coloured with the blender pen and ink pads. One of our medium cello bags holds some treats and is simply tied with our 3/8" Ruffled Wisteria Wonder ribbon. As usual Stampin' Up makes coordination easy.
and Pink Pirouette, make a great colour combination.
She is a happy bunny, with her basket of eggs. Stamped again in Black Stazon and coloured with a blender pen and Watercolour crayons. A little retired DSP( I am doing a great job of cleaning up aren't I) brings a bit of life to the front.
The inside mimics the front with the Whisper White matted with Pink Pirouette. I also ran the back through the Big Shot with the Perfect Polka dots impressions folder before attaching the writing panel to carry the polka dots from the front.

is our Fancy Fold today. I used a long neglected colour, Certainly Celery. Funny when I first started with Stampin' Up, I bought the Subtles collection first, yes, that was before our colour renovation and new colour families. The Subtles family included Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery, So Saffron and Pretty in Pink along with other colours that are now retired. I used those colours all the time, I still use Pretty in Pink alot, but the rest have been totally neglected. So lately I have been trying to use them, in fact trying to use all the colours instead of just my favorites.
This card Certainly Celery base and then Marina Mist for the mats, I do like this colour combination. The DSP is from Birds of a Feather, kind of reminded me of Easter eggs with the shape and the colours. I stamped the bunny onto Watercolour paper and coloured him in with my Aquapainter and ink pads. IMO, I am starting to get so much better at watercolouring, there are even shadows! I cut him out using our Labels Framelits and matted again onto Marina Mist. The sentiment is from a retired set, I needed something a little on the bigger side and it was perfect.
Easter is early this year, it is at the end of March so if you get started on those Easter cards now or next week, you will have them done in plenty of time to get them in the mail. I know, I do expect you to mail or hand deliver them too, not just create them. And to help you out, I am going to highlight, Everybunny stamp set, all week. With so many cute (ok, only 8) images, you will have no problem making a card for everyone on your list. And why stop at cards, we will make some treat holders too!
First off the stamp set,
Lots of bunnies in this set.
And why not highlight some Fancy Fold cards too, not just the stamp set. Fancy Folds are so easy and are fun to make for a change. My first card is a Gate Fold card. Start with a piece of cardstock 8 x 5 1/2 and score at 2 " and 6".
Isn't that DSP the perfect match for this card? The paper is from Sunshine & Sprinkles paper from our Occasions Mini. The image is coloured with my blender pen and our Watercolour Crayons. Inside
This is the last of the chick and bunnies from EveryBunny that you will see this year!
But, I haven't shown you the cute little girl bunny out for a walk
She enjoyed her Easter Egg Hunt by the looks of it! I used Beau Chateau paper for the small strip. She is stamped on watercolour paper and punched out with our 2 1/2 circle punch then mounted onto the large scallop circle from or Perfect Pendant die. It is great that we have so many different dies that will accommodate our punches.
Isn't this a cute image from the Everybunny set. This time I used Naturals White for my card base and layers including the image panel. The naturals collection is a heavier weight than our Whisper White and is perfect for watercolouring on. The back p panel was run through the Big Shot and the Perfect Polka dot impressions folder after stamping the sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes.
How about a Cone shaped basket this year! I have used the Petal Cone die and Pink Pirouette to make this cute little treat basket. The Petal Cone die also cuts out the banner and the scallop edging all I had to do was make the handle. That cute little chick from Everybunny is back this time sporting a Melon Mambo & Rich Razzleberry shell.
Our flower brads are perfect for attaching the Dotted Scallop ribbon punched handle while our Medium cellophane bag holds the goodies.
