December 2021, wow another year just about over and our last Blog hop for 2021. This month we are getting in the Christmas Spirit with Holiday carols. Well, my granddaughters favourite carol is Frosty the Snowman and since we have a few snowman stamp sets, it was a perfect one for this hop. First up Snowbody Better stamp set, don't these guys look like they could be caroling?
I have used a 4 1/4 square card for both of my cards and used a retired embossing folder for the background and a lot of blends for their scarfs and hats. As usual I used Pool Party to outline the image to make it pop. Using Smokey Slate blends to add some shadows on the snowmen bodies helps to give the look of dimension.
My second card uses Snowman Season set and a single snowman. again adding Smokey Slate to give the body dimension. Since the image is smaller, I punched out the image with my Circle punch, layering onto Night of Navy and adding a Night of Navy strip.
