Wow, i's the last Blog Hop for 2021, where has the year gone, has it flown by for you too? This month we are focusing on Something New, Something Old. Well I have used brand new Saleabration stamp sets one called Awesome Otters, and the other is Friendly Hello that will be available January 4, 2020 and Pattern Party DSP, a DSP pack that is so easy to overlook in the main Idea book and Catalogue.

I do love my animal stamps and this set is right up there with three different otters and a birthday hat and two sentiments. The sentiment on this card is from the other Saleabration set, Friendly Hello, a set that is at the $120 level and includes the stamp set and a DSP pack. For my otter I used my Stampin' Blends and coloring him using the Crumb Cake and Soft Suede duos. A little sponging on a 2 1/2 circle with Balmy Blue and Crumb Cake makes him pop. Now that DSP pack is on page 171 of the main catalogue and actually a Hostess gift and contains 48 sheets that are 12 x 12. One side is Black and White and the other side has colourful patterns. One of the best things is it includes 4 sheets of 12 patterns so you have a lot of choices especially if you like both sides of a piece. Personally I love Black and White patterns and this pack has stripes, dots, checks, flowers.
