Simply stunning and super easy too. Use Watercolour paper and using Versamark, stamp the really big thank you using Versamark ink and then sprinkle with white embossing powder and heat to set. Using your Aquapainter, wet the entire piece of watercolour paper and then use our Coastal Cabana ink pad and your Aquapainter to paint the entire piece. The embossing will repell the ink so your thank you will pop.

Don't you just love the sentiment label? She used the new Artisan Label punch and the stamp set, Label Love. The dress and dress form are so easy to make using the Dress Up framelits.
a Pop 'n Cuts Die, some punches and framelits and I have a pretty sweet birthday card. I had so much fun making this card, so many different elements, all easy. The Pop n' Cuts die makes pop up cards so easy to make, first cut the card base with the die with no insert and you get a fancy edge with tabs to tuck in so that your card stays closed, no matter how much stuff you put in the middle! The Polariod look is pretty popular right now so I knew I wanted to use it and our Square Framelits make quick work out of making one. I used our Remember rotary stamp to add the date and the Minion is made from punches. Check the internet, there are lots of ideas to make this guy, I used our owl punch for the overalls as others have and rectangle for the body rounding the top corners. The hair is handcut and the feet and hands are the owl punch feet.
The sentiment is from Remembering your Birthday, a great set that has messages that are for the inside and outside of cards.
And inside there is a party going on! I used the Label Pop'n Cuts die for the inside and cut off an inch on either end and added the Pacific Point strip. The Deco Labels framelits are designed for this die and layer so beautifully. Another punch art minion and some fun banners finish it off.
that is what the Swallowtail stamp is, but so beautiful too. I totally cased this card from fellow demo, Brandy Cox, and when a card is this pretty, you really don't have to change anything (but I did change the colour & sentiments)
Isn't it a beauty? And you are right, the butterfly is flying off the page-simply stamp your image on your base and then ink it up again and stamp it on another piece and cut the image out but cut it smaller. Attach to your main image with glue dots in the center only. Brandy's card was Black just like mine so had to see what Coastal Cabana would look like
Just as pretty. Now if you haven't got Swallowtail yet, just what are you waiting for, this stamp is da bomb!
I will admit is my least favorite colour. I didn't like it when it was a "in Colour" and it still doesn't do anything for me. But, after getting the DSP pack, Eastern Elegance, with the dominant colour being Crushed Curry, what can one do but use it!
Hmmm, it actually looks goood!!! I used the stamp set, Happy Day for the sentiment, heat embossing the sentiment with Silver Embossing powder and layering it with Basic Grey. Does this mean Crushed Curry moves up on my "like" list- don't think so but sometimes it is worth trying to create out of our colour comfort zone.
Have you tried our Polymer stamps? They are really great, so easy to see exactly where you are stamping, no stamp a ma jig necessary. This is what they look like right out of the package, super clear, the black image is on the sheet that holds the stamp,
Now I have added ink so you can really see the stamp,
Perfect crisp images every time. Just one thing to tell you about the stamps, after they have been used once, they will be permanently stained, they are still super easy to see through and still stick like nobody's business and stamp crisp and clean but they are the colour of whatever colour of ink you used the first time, in my case Real Red!
But you can see how great it works with Bermuda Bay, perfect, crisp image. First I stamped the Happy Birthday from Teeny Tiny Wishes in Bermuda Bay onto a piece of Very Vanilla and then inked up my speech bubble and stamped it over the top- so quick. No stamp a ma jig so I had time to cut it out! I cased this layout from the lastest issue of Papercrafts, super easy with a strip of balloon paper from Birthday Basics DSP pack and a strip of Bermuda Bay all attached to a Pool Party card base. Notice the candy dots, my first pack, and I will say they are great, I do like them better than brads for adding a quick pop of colour without having to worry about the posts showing thru the back.
Coming up with the best ideas, and really simple too! Christina is the Stampin' Up concept artist that created these cute little treat bags. Using My Digital Studio she used a stamp from Halloween Bash, reversed the image with a simple click of a button so the words would be right when she ironed it on (My Digital Studio is so easy) and printed it out onto Fabric Transfer paper and simply ironed it onto our new Muslim bags.
And yes, you can tell your family, they can go out and you will stay home as you have lots to do, make these treat bags quickly and then enjoy a lovely bath and read a book. When they come home, they'll believe it took hours!
With this kit, you will be able to make 24 tags. It comes with everything you need, a Cherry Cobbler and an Old Olive Stampin' Spot, two stamps, Baker's Twine and 24 die cut tags. It's perfect just like it is but add on the Naughty & Nice This & That Rotary Stamp for $7.95 and you get an extra 10 sayings and numbers too to really spice up your tags.
This card was made by Judi Carpenter, a fellow SUDSOLer. She used one of my favorite colour combinations, Bermuda Bay and Coastal Cabana. There is alot of Big Shot work with this card, the background has been embossed with the Chevron embossing folder and then the ric rack is from the Tasteful Trim die. And no fussy cutting here, the coordinating Chalk Talk framelits cut out the image from Chalk Talk perfectly.
You got to run (or move your fingers quickly) and head over to my Demonstrator website and check out the new additions in the Clearance Rack. Just look
