Melon Mambo, Basic Black and Whisper White, now that is a bright combination.
Now this is a birthday that won't hide in the pack.
I started with a Whisper White card base and then a Basic Black skinny mat and then some beautiful Melon Mambo DSP, I stamped the boots and sentiment using Versamark ink onto Melon Mambo cardstock and heat embossed using Black embossing powder. The sentiment is punched out using our large Oval punch and layered onto Basic Black punched out with our Scalloped Oval punch. I cut out the boots cutting really close to the line so that I would not have a Melon Mambo edge. Now I have said I love this new embossing folder, Fancy Fan so of course, I had to use it again on the Whisper White strip and then I highlighted the edge with Basic Black strips punched with our Dotted Scallop border punch. Inside, I used Sassy Salutations and again, more embossing.
