For my two wonderful nieces, who love Build a Bear, we have Build a Bear Valentines.
The background cardstock is run through the Perfect Polka Dot Impressions folder and does it make the background pop. For the heart the bears are holding I used the smallest heart from the Heart to Heart punch. The sentiment is from Beary Best Wishes just removing the "I" from the front.
