All the little goodies that you make or small gifts you buy for those on your Christmas list. Today's simple box uses two pieces of cardstock. One 8 x 12 and the other 6 1/2 x 4 1/8. And what do you get?
Not bad huh? To make use the larger piece and score on the 8" side two inches from each end. Turn and score on the 12" side, five inches from each end. Cut at the 5" score lines up to the 2" score lines, fold and apply sticky strip and you are done.
For the llid, take the smaller piece and score 1" from all edges, cut reliefs along the 6 1/8" side at each end at the 1" score. Fold, apply sticky strip, lid is done. Now I used my Scalloped Edge punch and fancied up the edges of the lid and used my Sanded Background stamp to stamp all the panels of the box to give it some texture. Now decorate it,
And of course, fill it and there is another gift finished and off your list.
Happy Stamping
