You can order from the new Catalogue today! And for the first time ever, we have a wonderful benefit of overlapping catalogues, you can order from the Occasions Mini, the old catalogue and the new catalogue, for one day!
If you haven't seen the new catalogue, it is filled with lots of new and fabulous stuff along with some of my favorite items from previous catalogues and minis. One item I am happy to see continuing and the line growing, is the Pop n' Cuts line. It may its debut in the Spring Occasions with the base and dress form pop n' Cuts. Well, in the new catalogue they have a new insert, Label Pop 'n Cuts, I am so looking forward to ordering that.
In order to use the inserts, you need the Card Base die but what is great about the this card base you can use it for more than just the base for this insert dies. I have shown before how I used the base to make a gift card holder, but now, how about a box
Just add six score lines and two sides and you get a beautiful little box that holds itself closed. Doesn't it remind you of our old Box #2 diecut? For the box I used some returning products along with new stuff. Returning is the Bermuda Bay cardstock for the box itself and then the lighter panel is our new In Colour, Coastal Cabana, don't they go beautifully together. I used Versamark and an image from Bright Blossoms for a subtle background. The banner shows one of our new stamp sets, Really Good Greetings,
stamped in another new In Colour, Strawberry Slush. The flower is super easy to make using our Scalloped Circle punch. I punched two Strawberry Slush scallops using our 7/8" Scallop punch and two Raspberry Ripple scallops using our 1 1/4" Scallop punch. Simply cut in about 1/4" between each scallop to give your petals dimension and layer them using dimensionals.
